Tyra Cantrell
(Ensemble). Tyra brings a lifetime of performing to the stage.
Most of his experience is in playing and singing music. This is
his first year on stage in theatre, but he has always loved to
please an audience. |
Christina Barrett |
Christina
Barrett (Ensemble) is a junior at Brookwood High School. She is
a member of the Student Government, the Beta Club, the Color
Guard, and the Gwinnett Student Leadership Team. She has been
dancing for fourteen years, and is a member of the senior
company of the Gwinnett Ballet Theatre. Christina enjoys
participating in musical theater at her school and in community
theater groups. |
Sherri Boutin |
Kiss Me Kate marks Sherri's fifth production with
ACT, previously appearing as Mae in Pajama Game, Dolly in Hello
Dolly!, Miss Jones in How to Succeed, and the Mystery Woman/Dog
Wrangler for Anything Goes. Sherri is also active in the
theatre ministry at her church -- Tucker First Methodist. She
sends out a million thanks to her husband Bert and son Nicholas
for their continued support of her passion for the theatre. She
also thanks God for the gifts He has given each of us and for
His many, many other blessings. |

Pete Carnes
(Ensemble). What a wonderful cast we have for this year’s
offering of “Kiss Me Kate.” We know that you will enjoy the
show. 2002 was a tough year for ACT and my family. My prayers
and heartfelt thanks go out to each of you for your support. So
sit back, relax, and enjoy a play about a play about a play. |

Nancy Durden
|
Nancy has been in every ACT
production since Pajama Game – the perennial ensemble
member. She’s married to the love of her life – for nearly 30
years now – in the person of Paul (Harry/Baptista). She
enjoys motorcycle cruising on the Goldwing and race-walking.
Over the past year, she and Paul have started participating in
races - 5Ks, 10Ks, and one 15K. “I’ve got to admit that being
in one of these productions is more fun than race-walking a
15K!" |
Courtney Foster |
Courtney
Foster (Ensemble) loves you. She is a senior at Brookwood High
School of Performing Arts. She would like to thank Myrna for
the opportunity, Andrew for the chauffeuring, her family for
their understanding, Cole Porter for writing the musical, and
the Coca-Cola Company for making such a darn good drink. May
Thespus bless you all! Cheers. |
Bryant Green |
Kiss Me Kate is Bryant's first production with
Arcado. He performed last in the Gwinnett Realty Players'
2002 production of "Looped" at the Gwinnett Civic Center.
Bryant works with Prudential Georgia Realty, lives in Buford,
Georgia and is married with three sons. His son, Chase is
currently on a Drama scholarship at Gainesville
College. |
Emily Hudgins |
This is Emily's first production with ACT.
She studied theatre/dance at Auburn University under Diane
Robinson. She is currently a Kindergarten teacher at
Mountain Park Elementary. She wishes to thank her family
and friends for their generous support. |

Susan Kemeter
|
Susan has been a member of ACT for 12 years.
She was in the first community production of "Fiddler On The
Roof." She has been a nurse in the "South Pacific", a
secretary in "How to Succeed", a factory worker
in "Pajama Game", a prairie woman in "Oklahoma", and other
musical productions. Susan has always had a love of
theatre and especially enjoys community theatre because it
brings together people from all different aspects of the
community. Her full time acting job is a teacher at Mountain
Park Elementary. |
Ginny Lockhart |
Ginny Lockhart (Ensemble): Ginny is thrilled to
be back on the stage with ACT for a third season. She was
previously seen in How to Succeed and Anything Goes. She
would like to thank her friends for their support and her family
for putting up with her crazy schedule. |
Katherine Mahan |
Katherine Mahan is enjoying her 2nd season with
ACT. She has previously appeared in shows such as Pippin,
Tintypes, Anything Goes (twice!) and The Dining Room. Her
theatrical dream is to perform in West Side Story. While
not pursuing theatrical endeavors she enjoys working at RIA,
painting, reading, being with friends and family, and dancing.
Thanks to all my family and friends. You put up with a
lot!!! Love always. |
Cefus McRae |
A member of ACT for five years, Cefus enjoys the
opportunity to perform minor roles with major enthusiasm. Past
stellar performances include Man #2,
Waiter, Man in the Back Row, Man #6, Nodding Fellow, and Mr.
Gatch. You can often catch him performing on street corners in
downtown Atlanta. He will be the one with the empty tip
cup. Once again, he is thankful he passed the audition and glad
to be in the company of these great people. This year being no
exception, he is ever grateful to his family and co-workers for
allowing him the time to participate in this production. |
Parry Moss |
Parry Moss
(Ensemble) was in several choirs and plays in high school,
including “Carousel,” “Camelot,” and “The Lark.” He has most
recently played Godspell’s “Judas” and directed the youth play,
“Com In From the Cold.” He really enjoys theater, dance, and
music and wants to thank his family and friends for all their
support. |

Andrew
Neisler (Ensemble) is an intriguingly active junior in the
Brookwood High School performing arts department. He is
thrilled to be performing in his second ACT show. Andrew would
like to thank Myrna for her patience, Ida and Dan for being who
they are, his parents, his friends, and Dairy Queen for their
amazing dip cones. Cincos to Courtney! Long Live the Faction!

Martha Sosebee |
Martha
Sosebee (Choreographer, Ensemble) is back for a sixth season
with ACT. Roles she played in 2002 include: Helen in “the Seven
Year Itch” and Miss Hannigan in “Annie.” Martha is director and
choreographer for the Aurora Glory Dancers at CTL Luther Church
in Lawrenceville, and she welcomes any opportunity to dance!
Martha dedicates this performance to the memory of Miss Aurora
D. Sosebee. |
Carol Ann Stough |
Carol Ann Stough, (aka Charlene, of the Sleep-tight Pajama
Factory), is in her seventh year with ACT. A graduate of Auburn
University, Carol Ann taught school, then began her career as a
real estate broker. She is with Re/Max
Suburban Atlanta. She is delighted to be back with ACT for
another season, and is especially proud of Lois, (aka MC Conti),
her daughter. |
